Shipping policy

Boho Princessa has it's workshop in the UAE.
Your order will be shipped from the UAE.

Please note that we use a third party courier service to deliver your order. They require a signature from you to deliver.

We strongly advise that you provide a mobile number so that the courier can contact you to schedule a convenient time for delivery as signature is required.

You can track your order online once it has been dispatched. We will notify you with the link and your tracking number.

If no one is available to collect the order when it is first delivered, it is then your responsibility to liaise with the courier service to re arrange delivery.

We normally dispatch your order within 2 days if the item is in stock.

We make to order the majority of the Boho Princessa pieces to make sure you get what you want and to save on waste as much as we can. Make to order pieces can take 7-10 days.

UAE Delivery
Local UAE deliveries will take 4 days to reach you.

International Delivery
International delivery will take between 7-10 days to reach you.

Please note that your country may impose customs, import duties or taxes. This is rare but unfortunately it is unpredictable and outside of our control.
If this happens you will have to pay the taxes to receive your goods.
This may cause slight delays in your delivery reaching you.
